Make sure gnome-shell gets notified of errors that happen during screen recording using the screencastService, so that it can properly notify the user about the error and tear down its state, too. Some gstreamer plugins require a connection to the display server, so if we end up initializing gstreamer before we are ourselves fully initialized, we may end up with a locked compositor. Florian Müllner	a76b28bd72	data: Move D-Bus interface descriptions into a subdir ... We'll soon move the inlined XML of all interfaces we export or consume into separate files.
