When using a device on one of the PCIex1 slots, you need to change Advanced > Onboard Devices Configuration > PCIEX16_2 4X-2X Switch > set it to 2X mode. Otherwise, the PCIe lanes on the PCIex1 slot (my AX210 card) stops receiving power after some time, causing the driver to crash. Setting PCIEX16_2 4X-2X Switch to 2X mode fixed the issue completely.
