chore: bump versions to 0.5.0

Cut the 0.5.0 release (light/dark theme support): daemon
Cargo.toml/Cargo.lock to 0.5.0 (no code change, kept in lockstep with the
tag), extension metadata.json version to 5, and promote the CHANGELOG
[Unreleased] entry to [0.5.0] - 2026-05-26.
